Not an ideal place for testing. I went in there to take a test through Pearson. The testing room had large windows and although the blinds were closed, you could hear the conversations that were happening outside pretty clearly. It made it difficult to concentrate. Additionally, the room temperature was a bit chilly. I had my puffy rain jacket on the entire time and I was still cold. Also, there was one person in there with a book and I was under the impression that Pearson testing centers do not allow any books inside a testing room. That person was flipping pages and also making it difficult to concentrate. If you are planning to take a test here, I do not recommend this place!

I had a great experience taking my test at this facility. The location is perfect, with plenty of parking, which made the day much less stressful. It’s also conveniently close to a coffee shop, which was a nice bonus before the test. Inside, the space was clean, welcoming, and well organized. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy, and the staff made the environment feel calm and supportive. I would also highly recommend this place to families with children. They offer a variety of programs such as programming and robotics, and the overall atmosphere felt safe, encouraging, and well suited for kids to learn and explore. Overall, a great facility for both testing and learning. Highly recommended!

My daughter had a great time here. She had a lot of fun creating mods on Minecraft and playing with them. She also had a great time building and coding her robot in the camp. According to her the teachers were very nice and fun. Overall, she had a great time at this camp.

My son loves his IT class. He looks forward to it all week and has made so much stride in his IT knowledge with coding and Minecraft Education. Has also made some wonderful friendships. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. So glad we found this academy and we look forward to our third year.

We are very pleased with the experience my son, Toni, has had at ITSTEP Academy. The location is also quite central, which is a huge plus for our family. [ great inviting atmosphere and clean office with modern structure+] What sets ITSTEP Academy apart is the enthusiasm and dedication of the instructors. They are incredibly engaged with the kids, making each session an exciting and interactive experience. My son takes robotics, 2D design, or other IT topics and he enjoys their curriculum which is very thorough and filled with hands-on activities that keep the children deeply involved and eager to learn. The academy also does a great job at keeping things fun and rewarding for the kids. The use of rewarding coins and the potential for competition activities where students can showcase their work adds a level of excitement that my son really enjoys. From my experience It's clear that the staff is committed to their educational mission and goes above and beyond to ensure each child gets the most out of their experience. I also want to give a special shout-out to Lisa, the administrator. Her customer service is outstanding—she is always responsive to any last-minute requests, provides helpful information, and is incredibly caring toward all the families. Her follow-up and attention to detail are highly valued on my end. Overall, I'm very satisfied with what ITSTEP Academy has to offer. My son, Toni, is part of their 1st-level STEAM classes, and he has been enjoying it. We're already signed up for their summer camp. I highly recommend ITSTEP Academy to any parent looking for a comprehensive and engaging IT-focused program for their child. Thank you, ITSTEP Academy Staff for your dedication.
