Edit: Since management has changed I’m basically paying for my son to sit on a computer and do whatever he wants with no supervision. No one checks in on him, videos aren’t sent, lessons aren’t done, and when I call to request accountability I get “can I call you right back” and then nothing. I’m an original member of this location and I’m beyond frustrated with what it’s turned into. We have a computer at home, if that’s all Steamoji is offering now we’re out!
