★★★★Robert ThomasSt. Stephen’s Community House facility appears to be well taken care of. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. They offer a great deal to the local community. I went there to drop off an application to IMPACT, for a HEAP for my son (who has Developmental Disabilities). The entire process of just getting information of where to take this to was challenging. I called numerous phone numbers on Friday that either were disconnected, directed me to a sales person for medical alert, I left 2 messages 3 hrs apart. I called on Monday could not get through only to the online scheduling. If I had not had the experience I had last year would not have done a in person drop off.
