Do the people who designed this actually go and watch a ball games . Did they actually travel to ballfields in surrounding counties and make note of positive and negative features and try to use only the positives. Bleachers are too short, need to be taller and wider. Can’t fit but maybe 8 people on them and they are top of each other. Bottom row can’t see because of the barrier, not sure about second row but I doubt it. Some people like the bleacher view when there is one. Not everyone sits in chairs. Speaking of chairs, only people up against the fence can see the field because of the 3 1/2 + foot viewing barrier. People will buy from the concession area if there are decent offerings but to ban coolers, in our heat, ridiculous! $10.00 entry fee per person, what a money maker. Guess the expensive golf carts driving around have to be paid for somehow . Need more trash cans and have people empty them. The two I saw were overflowing . That was my experience today. It’s new, clean, shiny and you don’t have to walk thru dirt parking are to reach the fields. But considering what I felt was missing today, I’d rather have the dirt parking lot.

Stopped by Sprowls Horizon Park while watching my son play baseball and grabbed drinks from Allie and Maddie. Both were awesome — friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Great spot overall and always a great experience. The park itself is awesome, clean, fun, and a great place to spend time with family. Allie at the bar is fantastic and always makes the experience even better. She somehow always seems to have my order ready before I even get to the bar, which says a lot about the level of service she provides. She is friendly, attentive, and genuinely great with the kids too, which makes a big difference for families like ours. She brings a lot of positive energy and makes everyone feel welcome. Definitely a 5 star experience every time.

So there I was on a hot Monday afternoon. Kids in the backseat and my wife at my side heading to the local park I played on as a kid, but I was greeted by locked gates on the 66th side. Price if gas these days you want one way in one way out. One ramp connects to nothing not even a side walk to our family home. Then I read that with everything going up in price there's now a charge on weekends. Sure do miss the days where outdoor fun didn't come with a price.. This is how the park people look at the ones on the other side of the gate.

Very nice new park. All turf fields, absolutely no clay. Fences seem short for adult softball but will be good for little league or travel ball games and women's softball.
