Sport Fit Bowie is a full-service health club (operating since 1988) that runs Camp Sport Fit, a summer day camp for ages 4 through the teen years, grouped as 4–5, 6–8, 9–12 and teens. Weekly themes and activities give kids a mix of sports and recreation in a supervised setting.

★★★Brenda DavisThis facility has everything you need for working out. The classes are fantastic and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful visit. My one complaint is that the gym, especially the women’s locker room, needs major upgrades. With members paying a monthly fee for years, there’s no reason why the gym and locker rooms have not been upgraded.

My 8 years old was so happy with decorations and goodie bags that are also included on your package. We have Ms. Kirsten working our party and she was super helpful and attentive to anything we needed. The party included pizza and drinks (water/Juice), we were allowed to bring our own appetizers, or food. Everything went very smooth and as usual my kids didn't want her party to end! Thank you to the Director and Kirsten for a fun birthday party!

The facility is clean and well kept. Best part it wasn't crowded!! So I was able to workout almost 3 hours without anyone interrupting me to use the equipment! I would have loved to join but the distance iss too far from my home. I recommend you check out Sportsfit and ask for Coach Manny!!!
★★★★★Greg MI've been a patron of SportFit for about a decade. The aquatic facility is one of the best for fitness centers in the area. They have a lap pool, therapy pool, whirlpool, steam room and sauna. They also have an outdoor pool that's open from Memorial Day til Labor Day. If you need to get a swim in, this is the place. Membership prices are a good value for the amenities and services provided. If you're the workout type, there is a full gym with all the equipment. Occasionally I'll shoot hoops and will hit the gym. It can get busy at times, but Sunday is a good bet if you want to get some shots up. Overall I've been pleased with my experience at SportFit Bowie.
