They said the manager would call back—she never did. After many tries, someone said they would put it in the system. Now, when I tried to re-enroll, they said I owe $135 or my kids can’t return—even though I called to cancel. I don’t know if this is a pattern, but people should know what happens when you give them your card. Most of the staff are unprofessional—except two (a woman and a man) who do a great job with kids. The rest show little interest and have bad attitudes. This place is not good for young children, lacks professionalism, and takes your money. It’s disrespectful to customers. I won’t return, don’t recommend it, and will find a better place—my kids deserve it.
