Paid $45 for an hour free swim with my kids after 10 minutes lifeguards kicked us out saying I didn't pay or sign up and they can't verify because "too many people in the pool" a whole 5 people including my 2 kids and myself.

So I called the facility. Whoever the lady who answers the phone is RUDE!! So I called and she picked up. I wasn't able to hear because my phone was on Bluetooth - so I switched it. Ok fine. So I proceed to ask her about the swimming lessons. She told me everything is listed on the website. Ok that's fine but no real customer service. Then I had to make sure she had nothing to do with teaching the classes. She rudely said ," No" with a snarky attitude! I'm highly disappointed because that lady is the face of the business. She needs to go through customer service training IMMEDIATELY!!!! (edited)

Hosted my daughter’s Sweet 16 event here and it turned out great. Plenty of room for guests to party and eat for about 60 ppl. Loved it!

This gym isn’t the biggest gym but it is a caring gym. They have dance classes a basketball court and maybe some indoor soccer. They also have a lap pool and a club swim team.

I have used the weight room in the past. It is a low key and great place to workout. Next month will start my sixth year in the therapy pool and it is wonderful. If not for that pool I would already be in a wheel chair. Come use this great facility that is truly the heart of Severna Park.
