I just love this community center it's always so nice clean friendly staff an amazing accommodations to host any and everything celebrated. We have to honor of celebrating a oh brother baby shower and their large room it was able to fit quite a few guests and allowed for a beautiful backdrop that we created. Thank you Miss Angela and Francis for being amazing people and helping the community by being a part of it.

The most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. I called and the answer I got was I don’t know and then proceeded to ignore me while actively having another conversation with someone while I was on the phone. She was not understanding and then said she could not understand me and proceeds to laugh. Very disrespectful and rude and highly unprofessional. Do not come here!

Nice place, I like the there is a place for children to go instead of in front of a television. It's also the place I usually go to vote. They keep changing rooms, but it's always ran pretty smooth. Nice enough place I guess. My only concern was the way the staff was talking to some of the children while I was in line to vote. It had a hint of being mean and I really don't believe that's how you should talk to young children.

I went to see the facility with an interest to use the computer room and the staff of five or six, that we’re all standing there Apparently doing nothing but staring, basically did everything possible to discourage me. The computer room was sitting empty but they basically said the room is being used at all times, for kids. It was 1:20 pm. Not welcoming and no community spirit. With that much staff available, it seems that one of them could’ve taken five minutes to personally show me around and talk about what the center does, instead of all of them being lined up behind the counter with heal dug in, stonewalling and staring me down. They succeeded. I have been paying fort worth city taxes for approximately 50 years And was sorely disappointed with attitude and defensive posture of the staff. If this was private enterprise in a competitive environment, like retail or any other service business, a staff of five would not just be standing there. Of course this is government And all jobs are basically guaranteed regardless of performance. A very unpleasant experience.
