This preschool is such a gem. The teachers and staff are all incredibly friendly, the children all seem happy to be there. It's the first school experience where our son looks forward to going every morning. The playground is enormous and the indoor gym is great on rainy days. I feel lucky to have found this place in our neighborhood. Plus, there's a ceramics studio in the building that's incredibly affordable. A real asset to the community!

Our son went to daycare here for two years. It's not the fanciest of facilities, but the hours are far more flexible than other daycares, and the rates are very reasonable. The thing that impressed me most is how hard they worked to stay open... Other daycares we've used followed PPS schedules (including closing for school in-service days), but the Y was always open, including during significant snow storms. They recognized that parents sometimes don't have the flexibility at work to take off any time it's convenient and it was hugely helpful.

This place is wonderful! I dont want my daughter to go anywhere else. Diane is amazing director and really has this place so organized. All the staff and teachers are top notch they seem to truly care about the kids not just there for a paycheck.

Went there for years when I was young. The workers become family of a sort. Highly recommend I'd send my children there.
