My 10 year old daughter has been going to Drawn2Art Lake Oswego since she was 6 and has always enjoyed her classes and camps. She likes the different mediums and progressing through different levels. She says all the teachers are really nice. I like the make up policy since we often have conflicts. Scheduling a make up class is really easy!

I started art classes at the Drawn2Art studio in Lake Oswego, Oregon in January 2021. At that time, I had not had any art instruction in several decades. My last art instruction happened when I was in grade school. Over the last three years I have progressed from learning how to draw with pencils, both regular and colored, then to water colors and now acrylics. I still haven’t done an oil-based painting, but that’s next. I can tell you that when you finish a piece, whether it is your first or your tenth piece, it really raises your morale plus helping you in other ways. Always fun. I do have to mention the studio staff. Kelly, Analese, Julie, Kyra, Lillian, and Leah are fantastic instructors. They demonstrate a great amount of patience when instructing students and their technical skills are to be envied. All are university trained, but have been creating works of art since early childhood. Drawn2Art has been part of my family for the over 2 years. My daughter and I attend classes together. I had no art experience before starting and my daughter has built so many new skills and strategies. Art can be stressful for some perfectionist kiddos, but the instructors here are so supportive and skilled at supporting students through the process. I love this studio! I have recently taken the step toward daily practice at home on an art journal. I can’t recommend this place enough to young and old. It is a nice slice of peace and positivity to look forward to each week!

My 9-year-old has attended weekly classes at Drawn2Art Lake Oswego for the last four years, and I'd absolutely recommend this studio! The artwork my child has produced is incredible - we've dedicated an entire wall in our home to a gallery of finished pieces. More importantly, though, my child has found her experience at Drawn2Art to be empowering, stress- and anxiety-reducing, a place to learn color theory and to experiment with lots of different methods but also to build independence and to develop confidence in herself. The staff are fantastic and my child has really connected with her teachers, who guide her in developing her art skills but also encourage her and support her as an individual. Logistically, the class schedule is flexible and it is easy to reschedule when we have scheduling conflicts come up. Billing is automatic each month and the staff are very responsive to emails with any questions.
