I attended an orientation of the weight room that was not particularly helpful. The person was not very engaging or encouraging. I’m intimidated by all the machines and could have used some suggestions about how a novice might best get started.

Great place to spend some time, clean locker rooms, cool basketball gym, excellent free-weights and plenty of cardio equipment to go around. I really enjoyed the interior design, colors and light, plus how they left some of the original building exposed! The front desk was always a breeze, and I'm a visitor, so that added value to my experience each time I visited! Nice job Sonoma County! Get yourself in here!

The people are kind, down to Earth and supportive. The showers, pool, childcare and workout machines are clean. It's one of the nicest YMCA's I've been to. The pool is large and the aquatic classes I hear are awesome. Also, easy and safe parking in the back.
