This past year and a half I’ve went maybe 9 times and I can count 5 out of those 9 experiences something wrong happened and it was all because of Beto. He is always making his own new rules and he just blames it on new management. I went two weeks ago and I got charged for something to do with the reservation and today I reserved and he charged me double what I paid for last time and he just said new management making me do this. What???
