This league changes the rules during mid season if your girls work there tails off and score too many points they will take points away soo you literally have to tell your team stop scoring and cheer the other team on to score against your team. Its not even fun anymore your team is being to penalized by doing what there supposed to do win. Its soo misguided and they're soo confusing for these kids.

This is a poorly managed soccer club. Things either don't happen or if they do it's always last minute. We've been part of Revolution for 3 years, playing competition/recreation. In comp, all they care about is the money, nickel and diming for everything while offering subpar training. Our girls coach was always screaming at the top of his lungs and expecting things to change, but never taught the girls plays or positions. In rec, we get forgotten and they can't even provide refs for the games. We either cancel or someone tries to be a ref. (08/12/25) U10 girls had a game at 6pm. We waited in 95° weather for a ref to show up -- No one did, and the office didn't answer phone calls. Again poorly managed.

Unfortunately, our experience has been far from positive. One of the most concerning issues has been the placement of kids in the wrong age groups. Kids playing with much younger or older kids creates an uneven playing field. The mismatched age groups lead to frustration for both the players and the coaches, making it difficult for everyone to engage and improve. Unfortunately, this oversight has left us feeling dissatisfied as this has happened two years in a row. It seems that this club is all about money not the players.

All 3 of my kids have participated at Impact and have truly enjoyed the experience. I have also been involved as a Rec/House Coach, Comp Assistant Coach, played in the adult league and served as a volunteer and have been blessed to work with so many great individuals over the years. They work hard at providing a high quality, community-based soccer organization that promotes the social, mental and physical development of every individual to their maximum potential by promoting a positive, safe and supportive environment (They live their mission statement).

My kids have played here for over 9 years in both the Rec and Comp programs. My daughter really enjoyed both years playing on the Rec side. The Recreation Program is coached by Parents and as such the experience can vary based on who is coaching but the office hired additional staff to coordinate the program a couple of years ago and it has really improved over the last 2 years. We love them! The club uses Referees that work at different clubs as well as Impact. They are human and do the best they can to be as fair and impartial as possible. When concerns arise the Referee Director does a great job investigating and correcting problems as needed. We have had amazing Comp Coaches over the past 7 years for both kids. The club really focuses on development over just winning and teaches life skills that will take them far. We love using Sunset for practices and games. The facility is beautiful with a great walking trail around the field and a park for the little kids to play in. They also have an office with open hours and a skill center that is used year round and especially during the rainy season. When fields close the kids can still practice indoor. I have seen great development with my kids based on the skill center where they can work on their touches and ball control. We have gotten involved in volunteering over the years and have gained a great understanding of everything that goes into running a non profit youth organization. The Club and Coaches really care about the kids. When mistakes are made, they try really hard to correct them and do what is best for the kids. You can never make everyone happy, but they do their best to try! We have been very happy!
