The operation is consistently unprofessional, and much of the staff lacks the proper training and qualifications to work with young children (with the exception of the PS 101 teachers they contract). My child was not treated fairly or appropriately, and this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the program. As a parent, I would never entrust something as important as my child’s well-being to this organization again. Trust lost — and it will not be regained.
