I wrote this email the owner of the facility: “This was my family's first experience with Dutch Total Soccer and I wanted to share what an overall great experience we had. First, I wanted to let you know, Bryan was excellent to work with. He was timely, responsive and accommodated our unique schedule for the week. He made it easy and clear what steps I needed to take for my daughter's camp sign-up and then executed on those steps. Additionally, I asked if I could work from the complex on Thursday and he happily accommodated me by allowing me to do so and having one of the staff show me where the outlet was to plug in my computer. Another example of his exceptional service was a moment when he thought we might need assistance with the vending machine and was very attentive to provide help. Lastly, Bryan noticed the floor was dirty from the kids' lunch time, so he took it upon himself to clean the floor to make sure the dining area was presentable and clean. Not only does Bryan have excellent customer service skills but he goes above and beyond in his job to make sure the customers have what they need. I wanted to make sure he was recognized for doing so. Secondly, my daughter had a coach on Thursday morning that truly stood out above all others. I don't even know his name but I was hoping you could find out and let him know what an excellent job he did. As I mentioned, I was working from the soccer facility and was able to observe throughout the entire day (I am a psychologist for a living so observational skills are a large part of what I do). From the very beginning of the morning, he had high energy, was positive about being there and inspired passion in the campers. He remained positive and instructive the entire time we coached. He was very intentionally engaged with the campers and I saw him give and provide personalized instruction to campers throughout the morning (including my daughter). Not only did he do an excellent job providing important and helpful instruction but he was clearly passionate and loved what he did. Any observer could see he loves what he does and he wants his students to feel the same way. At one point after a couple hours of instruction, he sat the campers down and provided a moment of reflection about what soccer has meant to him, how the sport has changed his life and how it can be more than just a hobby but a life's work. (His sharing made me want to get up out of my seat and play! haha) I was truly impressed and inspired by his coaching with students. I hope my daughter has many more opportunities to work with him in the future, he is a stand out coach! I just wanted to take a moment to share what great staff you have at Dutch Total Soccer! Job well done!”
