The new manager Sara was condescending and outright unprofessional when we asked for an extra 30 minutes of shooting. There are plenty of times when the software has not worked, the ball machines are not maintained and not working properly, or you can’t get help because all of the employees are playing basketball — all of those instances I can tolerate - but today was a lack of customer service that will force me to look elsewhere for my son to play ball. I hope the franchise owner can train his management or he will lose more clients.
