Shasta Methodist Camp is a United Methodist camp and retreat center in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest about 8 miles west of Mt. Shasta, operating for over 65 years. Surrounded by forest, meadows and trails with views of Mount Shasta, it hosts church summer camps and conferences along with group retreats, family gatherings and individual campers, with RV and tent sites, a rustic lodge and a multi-purpose retreat center. Programming is faith-based and largely group- and church-organized.

The camp site showers and bathrooms are clean with VERY HOT WATER. The new pavilion is beautiful with modern men’s and women’s bathrooms for special events. The lodge could use some e updates but it’s fully functional with kitchen etc. we love the fire out and all the local hikes. Miss the shuffle board of old a bit. Will definitely be back.
