The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Shasta runs a full-day summer day camp in partnership with the Mount Shasta Union School District, open to children in grades K through 8. Camp operates weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from its Sisson School site, with weekly themes built around STEM, arts and crafts, and social recreation, plus breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Weeks cost about $100 each; no child is turned away for inability to pay, and scholarships and child-care subsidies are available.
