SciTech is a Fox Valley STEM nonprofit — formerly the SciTech Hands On Museum in Aurora, now a mobile pop-up program based in Batavia — that runs themed week-long summer camps. The 2026 season covers Structures & Bridges in June, Ecology in July and Flight & Aerodynamics in August, with campers analysing forces, evaluating designs and working through the engineering design process in hands-on challenges. Camps are half-day, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 12:00pm at $195 a week, and each theme is split into separate age bands for 3–6, 7–9 and 10–12 year-olds so the material fits the group. SciTech also runs inclusive STEM4U Adaptive Camps for K–5 learners of all abilities alongside the Bridges and Ecology weeks.
