Powered by GoogleGood place for swimming. They have 2 pools here. The smaller one is warmer and kids friendly. Both my kids learned swimming here.
Wonderful place with amazing staff. Kayla at the front desk was very helpful and got me signed up quickly, Thank you
Both of my kids have been here for swimming lessons for over one year. The teachers ensure that they “mastered” the skills before they go to next level. Although they are promoted pretty slow, I am OK as long as they built a solid foundation. No cancellation is allowed but they offer a voucher for one-time swim for one parent and one kid for every class the kid misses.
I had a very unpleasant experience with their pool manager, I had account credit for more than $300.0 dollars. The manger delete my credit on their computer . She is also not honest . Her management is very poor. Not recommended 👎
I have often had bad experiences with the front desk. It is always not staffed by trained or professional workers. Instead, they hire young students who often ignore phone calls and don’t seem interested in answering questions or helping, they just play on their cell phone. I’m not sure if they are getting paid or just volunteering, but since so many students come here for swimming lessons, it’s hard to understand why the front desk isn’t better managed. Overall, it shows poor management.
