The Sandy Bay Junior Sailing Program teaches sailors ages 8–18 out of T Wharf in Rockport, sailing in Sandy Bay on a fleet of 18 Optimist dinghies and 9 420s. Juniors are grouped by ability rather than age alone, so the program accommodates 8-year-old first-timers, 13- or 14-year-old beginners and seasoned racers alike, spanning beginner, racing and cruising tracks.

A little weather had us stuck here for a couple nights, they were very accommodating, reasonably priced, and very helpful. Cape Anne Campground isn't very far away and it feels the way a KOA should feel. The campground is clean, the people are kind, and the bathrooms are well maintained. One of the most enlightening and educational visits we have had so far.its a good place to experience some different weather patterns and water conditions. I can't wait to make it back around to visit, after our trip.
