My two daughters (ages 5 and 3) and I visited Safari Run for the first time, and they had an absolute blast! The staff was so helpful and friendly, and they even took the time to interact with the kids, which made the experience even more special. The space was very clean and well maintained, and I really appreciated that they offered healthy snacks and drinks for purchase. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is a 10/10! It's not like other indoor places that leave you feeling icky after visiting. Safari Run is exceptionally clean! Like not even a flake of dust kind of clean! I love that all of the play structures are padded, and they require hand washing before play! There is a lovely area for parents to sit and enjoy right in the play area so you aren't far from your little. They also have tables outside of the play area where you can have small snacks (no peanuts or outside meals). They also have snacks, drinks, and coffee available for purchase. Truly, the shining star was the front desk attendant. She didn't sit still the whole 2 hours we were there! She was constantly cleaning, organizing, checking expiration dates on foods, and making sure all of the kids were following the safety rules. With people like her around, I can see why this place is so nice!

My Grandsons Birthday Party, it was so refreshing to have the establishment be in complete control without having to monitor the event. It was perfect timing with every part . Playtime was just long enoug, then gathered & promptly moved to the pizza area. Seating area arranged for the Birthday Boy & friends while adults sat around them at tall tables w/stools. A+ serving of the pizza then cake directly after with the traditional Birthday song. When finished everyone to the next area where birthday party bags given out then guided towards the exit where party ended! It was fantastic . We all were so impressed & am sure future parties of whom attended will book there own!!! It was a stress free party celebrating a 3 year old!! Who can say that !! 😋

We just hosted our second birthday party at Safari Run Sunnyvale, and once again, they absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the moment we arrived, it genuinely felt like everyone on staff was excited to be celebrating our son. That kind of energy doesn’t happen by accident—and it’s a direct reflection of Genessa, the manager. Her attention to detail, calm leadership, and the way she supports and leads her team is truly impressive. You can feel it in every interaction. The staff was organized, warm, attentive, and so clearly happy to be there. The facility itself is spotless, well-run, and perfect for kids. And can we talk about the food? It’s actually good—which is rare for kids’ party venues. On top of that, the fact that they allow outside cold platters with no additional charge is an absolute game changer for parents planning a party. Everything felt easy, joyful, and stress-free—which is exactly what you hope for when hosting a child’s birthday. We left saying the same thing we did last year: why would we go anywhere else? I sincerely hope my kids never grow out of Safari Run, because we would happily keep hosting parties here for years to come. Huge thank you to Genessa and the entire team for another unforgettable celebration!

Nice play area for kids. The facility is clean and well maintained. There are lots of things for children to play for an hour or two and parents have plenty of space to hang around. I attended a birthday party and it was well organized. Staff took us from one area to another, served us delicious pizza and cut the cake into slices. We also hosted a batman show in a separate room. It was a great experience for a reasonable price!
