Rutland Recreation runs Summer Fun, the town's summer day camp, at Naquag Elementary School (285 Main Street) and 250 Main Street in Rutland. Campers in Kindergarten through grade 6 spend an active day on arts and crafts, science, cooking and group activities, with an optional daily swim at the Rutland Town Pool when weather permits. Camp runs 8:00am-5:00pm with early drop-off from 7:30am for an additional fee. Grades 7-8 can join a Leaders-In-Training program with teambuilding, leadership work and hands-on projects assisting with camp activities, and students entering grade 9 and above can apply to be Counselors-In-Training.

Rude staff and expensive for non residents. The snack shack lady watched my son cry when I didn't have 36$ in cash to get the 3 of us in at 545pm to swim.. they changed 12 a person at 545 to swim for an hour .. insane . After denying us entry she laughed while my son cried.
My family and I had a great time today at the Rutland food truck festival !!! The brisket sliders were delicious. My kiddos had lots of fun on the playground, meeting new friends. We had a nice shady spot on a bench where we could watch them play. Also, the playground is enclosed, so no need to worry about the little ones. All in all, a really nice day.
The playground is good for all ages and is enclosed so you don't have to worry about the little ones running off.
Kids loved it. There wasn't too many people which was nice. The wading pool could have been cleaner but I enjoyed myself.
