Rotterdam Girls Softball League is a volunteer-run nonprofit open to girls ages 4 to 16 from any local community, not a summer camp. Girls play on recreational teams or on 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U and 16U travel teams, with rec divisions running T-Ball (ages 4-6), Mini-Minor (7-8), Minor (9-10) and Junior (11-13) and division set by age as of January 1. Home fields are the four softball diamonds at Eunice Esposito Park.

★L.W. Senior Sr.It is 2025 yet we still have racism alive and doing well. Two weeks ago myself and son were removed from the dugout because 3 parents did not have the respect to reach out to the head coach to discuss a team evaluation sheet. It was the teams performance after only 3 games. The 9 to 11's had between C and D-, yet very same league uses this scale to determine who will make the travel team. The parents complained about a lack of practice. Not true. We had a total of 8. They also stated coming late. Again, false. Both him and I arrived 10 minutes before the start of the game. Due to accidents was the reason. Bottom line the way I see I. The league and at least 3 or 4 parents could handle ( the only) 2 black coaches on the field. One last thing. My Coaching ability goes back 52 years. I'm Larry Senior,Sr. AND I am DERRICK'S DAD.
