Rosebud Children's & Community Theatre Conservatory runs a Summer Youth Musical Theatre Festival in Federal Way in which young actors rehearse and stage public musical performances. Programs are banded by age and run for very different lengths: ages 4-7 attend two-week mini-camps ending in a free performance, ages 8-12 attend a four-week camp with three public performances, and ages 13-20 attend a six-week camp with six public performances. Camps are held at the Federal Way High School Theatre. Founded in 2010, Rosebud is a nonprofit and describes itself as Federal Way's only children's theatre; it also offers studio classes year-round.

My children have been participating in their summer camp for over eight years and they have always had a great time, formed close friendships and put on a great show for the public at the end of the camp.
