I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYBODY BEING RUDE - NEVER. If you are so sensative to people voice please go see a therapist. No receptionoist has to adjust their voice depending on your mood. Secondly - we are living in 21 centure, learn how use the app or your online account or read instruction carefully on how to cancel your membership - there is a decent period of time mentioned in the instructions and when you sign up it is you who accept those rules and are supposed to follow them. Lastly - you concider a gym price of around $70 that gives you access to the pool, pool classes, and other group classes plus dry sauna and hammam which is soooooo good in this gym EXPENSIVE?!!! are you guys out fo your minds? Bottom line here - all the negatives reviews are not jastified here. Love you YMCA Rockaway: Drew and Jennifer - sending special thanks for you classe. The receptionist staff - giving you a big hug for handling all the people issues professionally.

The Front desk seemed busy( not unusual for a Friday night) but they were so nice greeting me when I walked in. I’m signed up at another location but I am looking to switch to this branch seeing how I just moved to the area.
