My granddaughter goes to the Rock Monday through Friday during the summer loves every minute of it. They have water games for the kids in the hot weather they all eat lunch together and go to the park one day a week and they get to watch movies and they late afternoon until the parents pick them up, it is a nice experience for the kids. I would recommend it to anyone
Good place to bring your children for day camp or their pre/post school program. Also church meets there Sunday morning, always a good message. "The Church At The Rock"
I was very happy with their summer camp. The staff are friendly and they have a good program to make kids entertained, much better than the more expensive summer camps which just keep kids outside do nothing! The facility is a bit old and needs changes like carpet change. Overall I recommend it for kids summer camp.
My grandsons have participated since they were young boys. One is a senior now and has worked as A volunteer with the camp for the past 3 years . He’ll be participating again again this year before he heads to college. He feels strongly about the summer kid’s programs and plans to help every summer when he’s home from college. The leaders are tremendous, easy to get along with, and more importantly, they want your kids to have a wonderful time. I recommend The Rock & Family Youth Center highly to anyone wanting their kids to have a safe, fun, summer before heading back to school.
