Decaying concrete and exposed rebar in several places, but then simple things they could have attended to and didn't, like picking up the trash in the stands from the night before or power washing the stands before a big event.

The center teaches classes, leads camp, and more. There's a bubble next to the main center with several courts. The main center transforms beautifully every year for the Citi Open.

The courts are in good conditions and the bubble works 6 months per year. You will have to reserve in advance in order to find a spot, especially in the summer. Do it on their website because they never answer the phone!
