Rise Up is a fantastic local spot! The facility is spacious, super clean, and well-organized, making it a great environment for kids of all ages to stay active. I’ve decided to book my kid’s birthday party here in September since they host parties every weekend. I’m currently keeping an eye out for their upcoming new party packages. It’s good to know that they take reservations starting one month prior, so no need to rush too early. Can’t wait to celebrate here!

******Updated Review****** After sharing my concerns with the management at Rise Up Athletics, I was pleased that the owner personally reached out to me to hear my feedback and address the issues I had raised. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the experience of the families at the gym, and I’m optimistic about working together to resolve the concerns and ensure my daughter’s continued success here. I’m hopeful that, with her involvement, we’ll see the attention and care we expect for all athletes, and I look forward to the positive changes ahead. Rating: 4/5 My daughter has been attending gymnastics at Rise Up Athletics for three months, and we’ve been increasingly disappointed with the lack of attention and care shown to her. The teacher seems to consistently ignore my daughter, providing far more focus and guidance to the other girls in the class. This has been a recurring issue that we’ve noticed each week. I brought up my concerns to the gym manager today, but it doesn’t feel like anything will be addressed. On top of that, we were never given a tour of the gym when we first signed up, yet I witnessed another parent being shown around today. It’s frustrating to feel like we’re being treated differently, and it’s disappointing to see that despite paying the same amount as everyone else, we don’t receive the same level of respect or attention. I expect better, especially when paying for a service. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and treats all families with the same level of care and attention.

Seriously the only crummy thing is there is no AC. They do their best to keep it cool but this summer was aweful. The waiting room does have ac in the front. The rest of the year though it’s awesome and comfortable for the girls. They enjoy this place sooo much. Also u get a discount if u have additional child. My girls say they like being strong. And they are so happy. I honestly liked how they called to check on the girls when they got hurt, they contacted me multiple times too because first I didn’t recognize the number. The staff is there for your little one! If u have an issue, the do their best to fix it. When ur l.o. Gets hurt, they are right there. They are not rude to ur kids even tho they (mine) run off and do touch equipment that they are not suppose to touch. I love that they are firm and Pleasant when getting the child’s attention. Literally a 9.5/10!! Because ac. The ac is a huge problem for me personally lol

Disappointing first and LAST experience with this place, I brought my toddler in for her first trial class. She was never called for her class, They do absolutely nothing when it’s your first time, there’s no willingness to help guide you through their process of the trial or how their facility works. Not even one bit of effort to making you feel welcomed, We chose to walk out. The girl at the front desk working on Wednesday 5/22 around 6pm, has very poor communication skills and no hospitality whatsoever. Replace her or you will continue to lose business, I went in with intentions to sign my child up, after that very disappointing experience I will be taking my money to a business that acts like they actually care about the people who walk in to spend their hard earned money. Keep in mind, a receptionist is the face of your company, it’s the first face people see when they walk in the door, At least the bare minimum of a damn smile.

Little girls were laughing at my daughter (5) and making her feel bad until she came to me and cried in the middle of class. We tried switching days but within the first 5 minutes she was in tears because she didn’t feel like it was a safe environment for her anymore. I wish staff would shut down bullying as soon as they recognize it. I feel like this experience was ruined for her. I would not recommend this place for little kids.
