Please train your employees on interacting with special needs families. This location was unfortunately recommended to us by the Regional Center as a place welcoming of children on the spectrum. Our experience was quite the opposite. Upon signing in for our trial class, we told the instructor our daughter’s name. Right as we were about to explain that she is on the spectrum, the instructor told my daughter “You can’t talk or what?” When we told him our daughter is nonverbal, he literally laughed and said “Oh.” When the website said there would be lots of fun and laughter in class, I didn’t realize they meant at the expense of my daughter. Within a few minutes the instructor ran up to us in front of all the other parents and told us we should bring her another day for an adaptive class, but that she could stay for the current class. When we we told him this class was recommended and did not see any information on the website about adaptive classes, he just said oh yeah we don’t put that online. Before we attended the class, we made sure to fill out the student profile to make the staff aware of my daughter’s diagnosis. Upon reviewing her profile, they could have let us know about all of our options since they do not provide this information online. At one point he started calling my daughter tippy toes. Making a nickname out of something many autistic children struggle with, was upsetting. At the end he said they did not have any time to focus on my daughter because they had too many kids. I never expected the focus to be solely on my daughter (even though the staff definitely made more of an effort to help the youngest gymnasts). I just wanted a place where she could feel included and supported, not made fun of. This class would have been a challenge for anyone being introduced to gymnastics for the first time. Had the staff seemed like they cared about helping my daughter and hadn’t laughed at her difficulty speaking, we would have definitely come back for an adaptive class. Please make an attempt to train your staff in interacting with students of all abilities before you create another miserable experience for a special needs family.

Love this place!! My son is very hyperactive and needs constant redirecting and these coaches keep up with him and have an abundance of patience🙌🙌 Coach Ashely is absolutely amazing!! She's made such an impact on my little guy, he looks forward to every practice and can't wait to see coach Ashley!! He has a ball every time and I have to practically drag him out of the gym because he doesn't want to leave🤣🤣😅 thank you all!!!🙌❤️🤸‍♂️

We have been coming for 2 years because the staff here is so easy to work with and does a great job even when there is alot going on! Coaches Ashley, Talia, Brian, and Miles all are great with the kids.

This gymnastic is a bit far a way from us and facility is a bit old but I still take my kids here because the staffs are amazing. They’re just that kind of lovely people who have respect for these children’s time there. They’re incredibly patient, they take their routine and practice seriously so the kids can’t just go around and do whatever but not too serious that the children can be playful enough and enjoy their time there. I love the respectfulness and value they put into the practice into these little children. I’m so glad I found this gymnastic. I was reading the review on the other gymnastic websites that is much closer near my house and newer facilities but some parents mentioned the stuffs are not and seems soulless, then one of the mom that made the review mentioned gymnistickid that is a bit far from here but have such a marvelous team of staffs and are really thoughtful and truly care about the child we being during practice. I am overjoyed to come see it with my own eyes, I can’t wait to watch all my kids coming here about 4 of them.
