Regatta Point Community Sailing teaches kids ages 7–17 sailing, rowing, kayaking and paddleboarding with certified instructors on Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, with a second site in Hopkinton. Kids Camp is for ages 7½–12 and blends sailing, paddling and games so campers build real boating skills outdoors, while the Junior Program for ages 13–17 moves teens onto larger boats to sharpen their sailing. Weekly sessions run from mid-June through mid-August, and the Boating for All camp for ages 7–12 teaches newer sailors in small groups at a 10:1 student-to-instructor ratio.

We spent an hour on the water before we got tired so I think that 1 or 1.5 hours is a good time. They provide life jackets and have bathrooms. Good time! And be careful of getting water in the boat!
