Pro Sports Experience runs the NFL Alumni Youth Football Camps, non-contact five-day football camps for boys and girls ages 6-14 at fourteen sites across the Chicago area and northern Illinois. Each location is either a half-day camp (8:30-11:30am) or a full-day camp (9am-2pm), Monday through Friday, and an optional Extended Skills Boost hour is available at every site for later pickup. Days run on a set curriculum - dynamic warm-up, individual skills stations, skill challenges, small-space 2v2 and 4v4 games, team competition and two life-skills lessons - closing the week with a championship game and an awards ceremony. Camps are led by professional football coaches and high school and college educators, with three or four NFL Alumni players supplementing instruction each week; staff are background-checked, the student-to-instructor ratio is better than 10:1, and campers are grouped by age and experience. Families pack a nut-free snack (half day) or lunch (full day).

I paid for my son's tuition and found out it is for ages 14 and under. I am trying to get a refund because my son is 15 and very athletic and plays at the adult level. I called the within 24hours. I have left voice messages and emails and they are not responding. I have their Tax-Id and will be contacting the BBB. THEY ALSO NEED TO UPDATE THEIR SOFTWARE TO FLAG OVERAGE PURCHASES. This is false advertising if they are not granting refunds. Be very aware of how this company functions.

This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. We signed our son up for camp and then it turned virtual due to covid. My son was unable to participate in the virtual camp due to both parents working. I called and emailed several times to cancel and nobody got in touch with me. Finally, a women called back and stated Tom would call me later that day for a refund. Needless to say, Tom never called. I disputed charges with my credit card company and all of of sudden Tom produces a fake email about receiving a credit. I never received the email. In the email, he also lied about my husband leaving a voicemail. My husband never called. I will be filing another claim with the credit card. I will be passing the word on to friends and family to never use this company. The worst costumer service I ever received. I should note once I stated I would take legal action if he didn’t call me, I received a voicemail message. Hmm little to late Tom!

My wife and I signed our son up for Tom Fink's summer football camp. Because of covid-19 they switched the Hands-On live football camp to watch videos on your computer and go and practice the forms/techniques. When two parents work, I can't leave my 8 year old son home alone. This isn't what we signed up for and ask for our money back, the response was no. After several emails, we were told we would have a credit for next year. The question is, where is the money. What kind of man is Tom? Who raised him with these values? Not returning the money in these circumstances is criminal. Tom made all of his problems mine. Tom voided the contract when he changed the format! How many other working families are affected by this.

My sons had a blast! Every single coach was amazing with the boys. Teaching them life skills such as family and being good in school. My sons couldn't wait until the next day to go back! It was their first year this year and looks like you may have them for many more to come - we are eager for this year's signups! Thanks to the organization and all the coaches!! We love working hard and getting better every day!!!!

Today my son was very excited to experience the “Titans” camp event. The experience was deplorable. No staff. No registration. No accountability when we contacted the office. Apparently they “forgot” the camp started today. Frankly, it was dangerous to leave a child with no system in place or ability to ensure their health is paramount. The “experience” consisted of approximately 45 minutes of activity during a 3 hour session. The Titans should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this company.
