She was incredibly nice, she exuded kindness and had the natural ability to make you feel like you where the center of her attention. I know this because one of my graduate degrees is in counseling. She's a natural at what a lot of people try intentionally for. The only reason I didn't give them Five Stars is that there wasn't much seating around the facility. I'm disabled and more often then I wish to, I have to stop and rest. Though, the environment of the building that we spent our time was warm and well organized.
