Summer of 2024. I signed up my son and daughter for the Cooking Summer Camp at Pro Sport, and I am completely disgusted by the experience. On Tuesday, I arrived for an early pickup and was shocked to find that the camp was being held in a small, poorly ventilated apartment. The space reeked of burnt food and, even worse, urine. The conditions were absolutely unsanitary and not safe for kids. To make matters worse, I witnessed one of the staff members yelling at the children. After talking to my kids, they told me this wasn’t a one-time thing – this staff member regularly yelled at them in frustration. I immediately spoke with the manager, Jawad Salimi, who apologized but refused to issue a full refund. Despite the horrific conditions and staff behavior, he only provided a partial refund, stating that my children had already attended Monday and part of Tuesday. I am utterly disgusted with the way this camp operates and how the situation was handled. I will never send my children here again, and I urge other parents to stay away. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and a complete failure in terms of care and management.
Never pick phone calls or responds to voicemails. Customer service needs to be good regardless of the club quality etc
Pro club kids camps for 4-5 year old kids state it as a steam and sports camp while they show the kids movies 3 out of 5 days in a week, making 4 year old kids sit through an entire movie in a room so the instructors can catch a break. The bouncy castles are great and so are the science experiments but that’s a smaller part. No one’s really watching the kid and anyone could take them from the pavilion with the level of supervision that exists in camp. We were disappointed with the screen time, lack of structure or teaching. They say it’s a sports camp but really it’s a place people have access to basketballs- and no instruction was given whatsoever to learn any game. Clearly a terrible idea for a camp , save yourself the hassle. We love pro club as a place for adults but the kids camp is very disappointing
