Our family continues to feel grateful to be part of the community at Primrose at West Carmel. Every day we see the consistency, care, and intention that goes into creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for the children. Ms. Sydney, Ms. Amina, and Ms. Hanane are incredible teachers. They are patient, nurturing, and genuinely invested in our child’s development. They create a classroom environment that is warm, structured, and fun. We have seen growth in him socially and emotionally and we know that is because of the care and intention they put into their work. The teachers who step in to help and fill in when needed are also amazing. The office staff is always welcoming and helpful, and Ms. Lisa, the director, is truly exceptional. She knows all of the children by name and genuinely cares about each one of them and their development. It is so reassuring as a parent to know that leadership is hands on and deeply invested in the well being of every child. We are beyond grateful to be part of this school community and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a loving, supportive, and high quality school.

I've had an amazing experience with Primrose School at West Carmel. My 3yr old daughter transferred here after attending both a Montessori and a traditional school, and the growth we’ve seen in just four/five months has been incredible. She’s thriving verbally, emotionally, socially, and academically—and the change has been noticed by our family and friends too. The administration team, especially the director, is very attentive and communicates better than any school we’ve experienced. Most importantly, our daughter is happy. She walks in with a smile, and even on rough mornings, the staff greets her in a way that she quickly forgets and she forgets I was there. We’re so grateful for this school and highly recommend Primrose to any family looking for a nurturing, supportive environment.

Our daughter has been enrolled at Primrose for a little over a year. During that time, she has blossomed into the most perfect toddler, and she dances with excitement when we tell her it's time for school. Put simply, she LOVES going to school at Primorse. All the staff, and especially the teachers, love the kids and go above and beyond to create a wonderful environment. The team keeps in touch with parents with consistent updates on the activities our kids are enjoying! Our kid always has a big smile on her face, but she has the biggest smiles when she's at Primrose.

My kids have been going to primrose for a year now and it is hands down the best place. They learn so much and it’s more than just their numbers or abcs. They are learning how to be nice humans and learning how to navigate their big feelings. My kids LOVE going to school and seeing their teachers/friends! We’ve had such a wonderful experience with the infant care at Primrose. I was so scared to send my little baby to daycare and ended up feeling like it was the best choice for his development. He loves the teachers and we get updates and pictures throughout the day of different enrichment activities (e.g., painting, music time, stories, bubbles, stretching, sign language etc.). I’m amazed that the teachers are able to round up a whole class of infants, make sure they’re happy, and teach them whole class lessons. They’ve worked with my baby on his sleep and helped him get better sleeping in a crib. They’ll also do anything that your baby needs (i.e., giving my baby his bottle for 30 minutes to an hour each time because he’s so slow eating). He’s thriving with the care of his teachers and I’m sure it also helps seeing the older babies in his class modeling more advanced skills.
