Placer Robotics runs its summer camps and classes at the Placer Robotics Center, 643 Vernon Street in downtown Roseville. Camps range from a beginner-friendly VEX IQ week with hands-on building, team challenges and a closing mini-competition, through a returning-camper track with extra build, prototyping and challenge time, to an advanced fast-paced Combat Robotics camp for students ready to work independently. Camps are placed by the grade the child enters in the fall and capacity is limited; a limited number of half and full need-based scholarships are available on application.
