The Pendleton Artists Society runs an annual Kids' Art Camp at Gallery 119 in Pendleton each July for ages 6-16, with children creating age-appropriate work across various media led by local artists. Sessions run Monday-Thursday as half-days: morning (ages 6-12) 9-11:30am, afternoon (ages 6-12) 12:30-3pm, and an evening class for ages 12 and up.
The practical details

Good art shows. The center also provides interesting art opportunities for children and families. Holiday art events. It's a community oriented art society. Variety of lessons available. There is a nice member run art store.
It's a nice art gallery with monthly rotating shows, a giftshop, and art-classes for all levels of artist. A true asset to the community of Pendleton.
Lovely venue for art classes and exhibition's. The next one opens Friday, March 6th. This is a lovingly restored historic building.
There are some very talented artists in the Pendleton Area. It was nice to check out their artwork and their projects. it's too bad we don't live closer or I'd visit more often.
