My grandson loved this camp but I expected a lot more. He is 5 and anytime he's running around kicking a soccer ball it's fun. There was VERY LITTLE "training" here. Did a few drills but no instructions. Several kids were kicking the ball off the toe. Nobody tried correcting that. The last 20 -25 minutes were spent playing knockout and sharks and minnows. They say ball touches are the most important part of the training but now you have the same kids on the sidelines watching. NOT TOUCHING THE BALL! This camp was just a money grab for the Elite soccer program. Again, my grandson loved it. It is cheap so there's that. They need to do better next time. Actually do some training.

This organization is a very clicky they are only into the money not the children. Seems they only want to help out their own family and coaches. Our original coach was always late on info on scheduling and getting a trainer money was never paid back for her miscommunication and timing. Now that our teams doing great and the kids have a coach they can rely on and listen to they went from a division 6 do a division 1 team now the old coach wants them back to make her look good it's all about the coaches and the parents that have been there together with them not the kids in any way. there was supposed to be fundraisers and things that never got addressed or mentioned after first time being together. Parents and the board are set for a meeting and I'm really hoping our team all removes there kids from the Middletown elite and move onto a soccer league that want the kids to develop and get stronger and not their pockets getting fatter. Avoid Middletown select at all cost there are other divisions. Also certain people get to pick kids first for tryouts its all about the coaches family and the coaches looking good our coach nowbis amazing and they have done nothing but try and find ways to take him off the list best coach they have because he cares about the kids getting better and the kids bond as a team unit. Us parents have become a team also and will hopefully be relocating as a team.

Poor communication from coaches/admin. Coach was fired half way through season. Team didn't have a goalie so my son played goalie when he's a striker. Rotated players through goalie position, which is not safe at this age. Would not have paid for my son to be on an "elite" team without a goalie. Requested alternate date for spring Evaluation and received no response. Was not even contacted to see if my child was playing in the spring. One of my children was cut at try outs and not offered a spot on another team, which was disheartening at the time, however, unclear as the program is not "elite". Not worth the money for the age group. Will be searching for a better developmental program.

The fields themselves are great. This location doesn't have enough parking in the main lot. If you have to park in the grassy area by the entrance, then the owners need to put some sort of bridge to walk over the drainage area. I've seem lots of people have to walk all the way around that or go into the little rocky area and try to walk over the wet rocks to get to the fields. The sign by the road is hard to read and needs to be closer to the road. The first time I went to this place, google took me to the power plant entrance instead of the soccer entrance and I ended up driving passed the soccer entrance 4 times before being able to read the sign.
