Horrible customer service. Literally they give you a packet of information and expect to read the fine print to then turn around and not give you the services you paid for. The Enjoyed Telling My daughter she didnt make it to the field trip because were were 6 MINUTES LATE!, and the bus was still waiting outside. Kids waiting in line inside. ZERO excuses! The manager also told me too bad parents can't read! The tour lady told my daughter as she got there 6 minutes late with a huge smile, oh good morning you look ready but too bad you won't go in the trip, really strange behavior not sure why she would act that way maybe she is afraid of her manager? If YOU EXPECT parents to get there by a certain time, then the least you could do is REMIND them HELLO BY PHONE? or email? I paid for a service, STOP making excuses on why you are not providing the service you PROMISED. START facilitating parents who PAID for your help. AND START appreciating your clients or you will not have any left. I ALREADY talked to their headquarters, there is ZERO excuses, she could have added the name but chose not to. THE LADY there was VERY RUDE, I believe she is the manager or owner. SHE TOLD me PARENTS CANT READ. But I dont think she has read her own flyer. Besides the CUT OFF time column, nowhere does it say anything about not being able to go. THEY ARE FULL of excuses of why they can and should TREAT you BADLY.

We are so thankful for everyone at O2B Kids for the love, care, and support they have shown our son, Azai. He is in Sophomore B, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From day one of Azai starting at O2B Kids, we immediately began seeing positive results. He became more social, engaged, confident, and excited to learn. Watching his growth and development has truly been amazing, and we know it is because of the incredible environment and staff who genuinely care about the children. Miss Veronica is absolutely amazing. Her patience, kindness, dedication, and genuine love for the children shine through every single day. She creates such a warm, safe, and nurturing environment, and it gives us so much peace knowing Azai is in such caring hands. You can tell she truly cares about each child’s growth, happiness, and well-being. We also want to give a special thank you to Kayla and the entire staff for always being welcoming, attentive, and supportive. From the moment we walk through the doors, we are greeted with kindness and positivity. The communication, professionalism, and care from everyone at the center have meant so much to our family. We have seen Azai grow socially, emotionally, and academically during his time there, and we are incredibly grateful for the role O2B Kids has played in his development. To Ashley, Natasha, Michelle & Tiffany I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Preschool. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the love, care, and dedication that comes from the entire leadership team. The supervisors, directors, and manager are truly exceptional — supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in both the children and the families they serve. They lead with heart, patience, and professionalism, always making sure every child feels safe, valued, and nurtured. Their communication is amazing, their organization is top-tier, and you can tell they work hard to create a positive, uplifting environment for both staff and families. Wonderful First Impression as a Prospective Parent As a parent exploring preschool options for my child, visiting O2B Kids left an incredible impression on me. From the moment I stepped into the facility, I felt welcomed, informed, and confident that this is a place where children are truly cared for and supported. I had the opportunity to speak with Ashley, the Facility Manager, who took the time to really listen and understand what I’m looking for in a preschool environment for my child. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about creating a positive experience not just for the children, but for families as well. I also met Natasha, the Preschool Director, and Tara, the School Age Director. Both were amazing—warm, engaged, and clearly dedicated to their students. It was evident how much they love what they do, and that kind of passion and pride in their work speaks volumes about the environment they create for children. Overall, my experience was a 5 out of 5 stars. O2B Kids feels like a place where children are nurtured, encouraged to grow, and supported by educators who truly care. I would feel confident and excited about sending my child here and highly recommend O2B Kids to other families looking for a loving, positive preschool community.
