If I could give 0 Stars I would. If you care about your child’s well being, highly suggested that you do not take your child here. The teachers have too many students to watch to properly be attentive. They do not pay attention to the students. And the owners do not make a wrong doing right. The “owner” Eric hides behind his rude wife and has her make all the judgement calls…………… My son broke his arm while being watched by these people. His idiotic instructor had her head in the clouds and was not paying attention to my son. My son ended up getting on playground equipment that he wasn’t supposed to be on, fell and broke his arm. When we had a meeting with them, all they had to say was “I was yelling at your son to get down”. They are lucky I didn’t take them to court. Worst place over. Highly recommend you take your business to anywhere but this place.

I really enjoy the teachers that take care of my son. The care and patience and details the take proves to me that I made the right choice when picking a daycare. Mrs.Kathy and Mrs.Janea anre only 2 teachers that watch over my sons class but I believe deserve a HUGE shoutout! They are truly amazing and I couldn’t ask for more!

Grayson started the year with Ms Miriam and now have Ms Mariah. Both teachers are great with communication and keeping us updated. Mariah goes above and beyond and even writes down his daily food consumption so we know how much or little he’s eating. She also helps with giving his medication which is super helpful. Grayson seems to be learning a lot so far.

Our son has been attending Kids-R-Kids Waterford Lakes for 3.5 years at this point and we have always been very happy with the teachers and the administration. On the rare occasion that an issue comes up, Eric and the teachers have been communicative and responsive and everything gets resolved. Ms. Rosany has been terrific and we appreciate the time she has taken to teach our son all sorts of new skills and concepts!

We chose this school in part because of the communication they advertised: daily photos and updates through an app were something we specifically asked about, especially coming from a previous school where we didn’t get much visibility into our child’s day. Overall, our daughter is very happy here, and that truly matters most. She enjoys going, feels comfortable, and we feel good about the care she’s receiving. That said, I do want to share something for other parents to be aware of... The level of communication has not matched what was presented during enrollment; it has been months since we’ve received photos, and we do not get daily updates through the app. The only insight we really get is the stack of paper activities sent home at the end of the week. We honestly find ourselves rushing to pick her up each day just to hear how her day went and try to piece together those little moments we’re missing. One moment that really stood out was a recent class event where we donated Easter eggs and goodie bag treats. We were excited to be part of her experience and hoped to see even a small glimpse of her day, but we didn’t receive any photos or updates, which felt really deflating as parents. We understand teachers are busy and that caring for the children comes first. But when daily photos and updates are a big part of what’s advertised and what families are paying for, it’s hard when that piece isn’t there. Even a quick photo or short update during the day would go a long way for families. We know as kids get older those updates naturally become less frequent, but at this age, when everything is happening so fast, those small glimpses mean a lot! Our child is happy, and that speaks volumes, we just wish we could see a little more of her day while she’s there! :(
