For the most part 5 stars all around. The staff is great, the people are great. I like the classes. 0 stars for the Christian Nationalism News in the men's locker room everyday. I'm talking Steve Bannon preaching about Trump being chosen by God.... Literally every day I go.

This place needs to get working equipment for the gym and sauna in the ladies' locker room. Also, a good scrub down and sanitization of locker rooms, bathrooms, showers and pool area.

I came to Norwich to purchase a trailer and got stranded with a broken brake cylinder. I ended up being there over 18 days. I went to the Y a few times for a shower and for info about a garage. They were nice and helpful and quite a good asset to the community since they are very busy. Even cooked me some food in their microwave. Thank you guys.

The price for single day use is way too expensive for a family of four (costs me $17 to take my three kids swimming for ONE hour). Facilities are always nice and clean, and most of the staff is friendly.

Ladies sauna does not work properly. Gaps around the door. 90 degrees if your lucky. Cardio and weight room is uncomfortably small and impersonal. Basketball courts are nice.
