There are some lovely people at this gym. Unfortunately the administration and the front desk people are completely unhinged.

We’ve loved swim lessons with Coach Marlon! Such great energy and kindness. My 9 year old has made huge strides. The facilities are old-school but the pool is warm and the classes are small. What a great resource for the community!

Great place for the community. I attended a Muay Thai class with Josh and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommended

If you are looking for a community focused place to gather and work out with no judgement from others this is your place! The facilities are dated and equipment, while a great variety, is well used. It's not fancy, but if you want to feel comfortable it's fantastic!

Our family has belonged off and on since it was still the YMCA. Just rejoined in September, I come primarily for the pool. Yes, it's not as fancy as a 24 Hour Fitness Center but if that's what you want, it's right around the corner. I find it to be clean enough for me, but it's not a brand new facility by any means. Always a smile from the front desk when I check in and the other members are friendly and welcoming. If you are a senior and have a 'Silver Sneakers' type benefit you can use it to join. A real COMMUNITY center, members are mostly from the immediate area.
