No one is doing what NCSP is doing. They are truly the ONLY ones in the market doing it right when it comes to YOUTH SOCCER!!! We have been consistently coming to NCSP for 3 years, and the experience just keeps getting better. Three years later, our now 4 year old son is fundamentally excelling while genuinely loving the game and that says EVERYTHING!! We've also started our 1-year-old daughter on her soccer journey, and she's already in her second season! She's gaining social interaction, motor skills, and pure joy. The excitement she shows when she sees the coaches and her desire to crash her older brothers practices is the best thing to watch (especially when Gibby yells, "Cameron, Youve got a few years to go!". We live at Thibodo Park & absolutely LOVE the coaches, the staff, and the coordinators. They are always open to conversations about our kids' development, and I truly value their input because it's clear they want every kid to succeed and reach their maximum potential. The consistency of showing up every week and having consistent coaching staff really stands out. That stability, passion, and commitment make all the difference. NCSP is more than a program. North County Soccer Park has been an incredible place for our family, and a true soccer home for both of our kids since they were three years old. From day one, the coaches have been warm, encouraging, and endlessly patient, creating an environment where kids of all personalities feel welcome and supported on and off the field. They focus just as much on building confidence and love for the game as they do on teaching skills, which has helped our kids genuinely fall in love with soccer and look forward to every single session. The classes and camps are consistently well-organized, fun, and developmentally appropriate, with just the right mix of structure and free play to keep young players engaged. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and designed around small-sided fields that mean more touches on the ball and more chances for every kid to be involved. We have been with NCSP since our eldest was 5 and now he’s 11. We started with 1 kid and now we’ve got 4 going to weekly classes and league games. As en educator, I truly appreciate the way the coaches teach the skills. For the youngers, the focus is on listening, following directions, and the basic skills taught through a series of super fun games. The olders have access to more technical classes. It’s not just the quality of the programmes but also the quality of the coaches. Seeing how the coaches are trained, evaluated and coached to be better has given me ideas to train my own staff at school! No matter who you get, you can guarantee that the coach will be fun, engaging, and confident in handling a group of kids. The coordinators and owners invest well in their staff - it is evident through the low turn over rate and the smiles on their faces. Happy coaches = happy kids = happy families. We have not experienced any sports programme quite like NCSP. Our kids treat that facility like a second home and all those coaches like their aunties and uncles. You won’t regret trying it out!
