★Stephanie HollandThe recital was very disappointing it was basically a regular practice with teenagers giggling because they didnt know what to do It was disorganized chaos, plus we also had to pay a $45 for my daughter to be in the recital plus a leotard fee When I made it know after the show to two Of the coaches that I was disappointed I received dirty looks from them then hearing them laugh as i stepped away was extremely unprofessional, they didn’t even care to stop and listen to my concerns extremely over priced for what was exhibited this Saturday Do not recommend

★ouafa hammouchaVery disappointed, we had my daughter's 8th birthday there. They stated they made water bottles filled with candy for the kids, so I didn't bother to make goody bags. We get there bottles were empty I had to ask for the candy, then she handed each kid a handful of candy. It also states on the website that the birthday kid gets a t-shirt. Something the employee did not know about or acted like I made it up. She called her manger and was told we would receive one in the mail which we never received! I don't care much about the shirt really but I made the mistake and told my 8 year old she would get one, and she was looking forward to it, she had even picked a color if she was given a choice. Party was ok, kids were let into the gym area and were left to do whatever they wanted, no instructor to guide them! And it was very cold and quiet and dark and cold and disappointing. I do not recommend!!
★Srujana VaddeI cancelled my daughter classes on September 8th 2025. As per cancellation policy i need to inform on Sep 4th so i paid Sep fees without using that facility But still they charged on Oct I contacted regarding 2 extra payments made and also send screen shots. Still no reply. I already contacted several times regarding this issue. I did not see any refund on my credit card. I try to remove my credit from jack rabbit but there is no option i need to add another card to remove this card. I send so many emails no reply i don’t know why?
