NatureBridge's Golden Gate campus at Fort Cronkhite in the Marin Headlands hosts Coastal Camp, a summer day camp for kindergarten through 12th grade. Campers study marine biology, coastal ecology and conservation with trained educators, using the campus marine lab, skins-and-skulls lab and climate solutions lab steps from Rodeo Beach. Sessions run June 15 to August 21, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with extended care from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and optional transportation. Sessions cost $575-$675 and scholarships are available; NatureBridge is a nonprofit founded in 1971.

★★★★★Herminia HernándezI came here for a conference retreat and I fell in love. I loved the remote location, and even the fact that there was no cell phone signal! It was a nice escape. Since we used the conference room during the day we had access to free wifi in the conference room, but once we left the room, it was no longer available. There were amazing views and trails that we nearby. The dorms and bathrooms were old school clean, and cute. Besides their location and view, their food was to die for, fresh ingredients and amazing flavors. It was cafeteria/buffet style and we were allowed to get seconds or even thirds if you were up for it. All the staff there were super friendly and accommodating. If you are planning a work/school retreat I would definitely recommend this place.
