Powered by GoogleWhat a great little theater! I saw Mia Scarpa perform a Christmas cabaret and it was perfect for getting into the holiday spirit. The only downside is that there was nothing Christmas about the place. No Christmas Tree on stage, no garland or wreath above the stage, not even at least a poinsettia on the piano. I thought for $60 a ticket I would get a little more. The performer is certainly worth a good portion of that price, but it was upsetting to be sitting in a theater devoid of any decor. Otherwise, I would highly recommend to anyone as long as they don't mind the lack of visual Christmas spirit.
I saw a couple of fun little shows here with my family and really enjoyed myself! The singers are wonderful, the space is intimate and the location is close.
What a wonderful experience I had last night at this intimate theater. My friend and I saw the excellent production of 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show'. It could not have been better casts and I could not have been more impressed, every actor played their part(s) perfectly. The actor's had amazing voices. I was happy seeing how well everyone from concession, usher, information, etc. worked together. I am so happy that I went bc I nearly canceled. I had a very long day of traveling that began at 4am after a 2 week fabulous trip to Mexico City, but this was the perfect ending to a long getaway. Thank you for a very entertaining evening.
This is our favorite local theater! Small and intimate, it feels like family whenever we go. MTC has a great repertoire and attracts wonderful talent. We've been so lucky to continue to attend live theater here right through the pandemic. It's a pleasure to support MTC.
What an enjoyable little theatre! The seats are arranged around the stage creating an intimate experience with the cast. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
