Mountain Contemporary Dance Arts runs half-day dance camps all summer at its Louisville studio, and says it is one of the only schools in the state teaching a contemporary modern dance curriculum for all ages. Its creative dance camps run Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30am-12:00pm for ages 3-6, giving 2.5 hours of dance, themed arts and crafts and a snack time, at $104 tuition; campers bring their own healthy snack. The studio also runs summer dance intensives and year-round ballet and hip hop classes for toddlers, teens and adults.
