★Amanda WalshStay far away from this Studio. What a waste of my daughter's abilities and time. This had everything do with the quality of classes, the attitude, atmosphere, and overall poorly operated studio. She started at 5-years-old, and she would come home upset either with the favoritism shown, the unfair practices, and lack of professionalism. She had her Fitbit stolen out of her bag at her last recital practice, and the other girls told her about what happened. That same girl who was triple her size, tried to take her costume (Willy Wonka) out of my daughter's personal bag. After being told NO repeatedly! She was bullied by the new girl that year. All she ever did was add positivity and joy to your studio. I asked you to elaborate with my husband who had gone back there to help her for years without incident. That evening there was only one girl left in the room with my daughter, and they were tying their shoes when he came to get her long after the recital had concluded. Your studio of minions all joined together to attack us, because of some exchange that happened between Melanie and my husband. It's all very one-sided, and it all stemmed from her costume that was picked up by someone else in the mayhem of "picture day." She had been there 5 years, and you know y'all need to do better.

Miss Holly and the staff are fantastic with kids. I grew up dancing competitively and have been so pleased with this studio! Motion Dance Studio makes holidays and birthdays special and there are themed dance pop-up classes throughout the year (and on cabarrus county teacher workdays) that include dance, tumble, crafts, Games, etc. Some of our favorite weeks are Halloween and bring-a-friend week. I saw some of the other posts about discrimination towards those with disabilities and not allowing boys…. That is unfortunate because Motion Dance has always been inclusive of all. There are boys that currently dance at the studio and anyone with a disability is welcome too.
