This YMCA is a lifeline for the community. There's so much to do. From an indoor track to the gym, basketball courts, mountain bike trails, baseball fields, field hockey, swimming, soccer fields. This place is the best for the community. Sadly and unfortunately rich people with private jets bought it and will probably tear it down. Such an amazing spot for families to just hang out as well as the youth. Yet, we're forced to leave it to some greedy dude who could care less about the community. I will genuinely miss this place. Extremely sad and disappointed. Romans 12:13

The facility and staff are amazing, however the leadership of the YMCA has completely betrayed us all and sold this branch to a church. This decision, which has enriched their executives, comes at the cost of this amazing community. Families are hurt. Staff are hurt. Purchased by a church for $42M (I question why a church would use that amount of money this way vs. any other way that would actually help people), which was the last thing this community needed. Deeply disappointed by this institution we used to trust.

April 11, 2026 RECENT. VERY IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ! I let this go once but experiencing this three more times in three different days, I couldn't stay quiet and ignore this serious problem. I don't know if this happen in the women's locker room but it ALWAYS HAPPEN IN THE MEN'S LOCKER ROOM. Look. I don't care if kids, teenagers, or young college students hog the basketball court most of the time, curse, or say inappropriate, offensive stuff out loud for everyone to hear, or sometimes loiter in the locker rooms on their phone and just stay there and talk. What really got me angry and upset is that they would turn on the shower and/or sink, leave it running, and leave. Happened four different times when I was there. If I wasn't there, the water would run for hours or until someone else would notice it much later and turn it off. I also notice someone putting a lot of paper towels on a sink instead of the thrash can. Thank God I didn't see water running on them because that can be a small flooding issue on the floor. This seriously needs to stop! Wasting a lot of water = price increases or water shortage, especially to nearby neighborhoods. STOP DOING THIS! I reported this to the front desk too. Any other adult men out there who experience this, please turn off the running water. Let's work together on this. These kids and new generations need to seriously grow up.

I absolutely enjoy this facility. The facility is very clean and they have an excellent arrangement of fitness equipment and focused fitness areas. I tend to avoid the peak hours which appears to be around the schools getting out but it's never a problem. I also like how they have a CrossFit Box and swimming programs.

This place is a gem of an organization. We moved here a year ago and the YMCA has become a staple in our routine. The childcare is phenomenal. The classes are exceptional. What a community! The staff is unparalleled. The Morrison YMCA is a gift to all people no matter which stage of life.
