When the previous owner sold the studio over the summer, we were a little worried about the transition. The new owners, Emily and Hallie, have been very communicative with every change or bump along the way. When issues with the building were found at the beginning of the dance season, they were swift to arrange for classes to be held in a different location while it was fixed. They’ve updated the lobby with new seating areas. My daughter is on the performance team, so I tend to have lots of questions. They are more than willing to talk about any questions I have. The office staff takes time to listen to everyone. Recently, I walked in for my dance class to find my daughter and another dancer with seats pulled up to talk with office admin. It made my heart so happy to see that. The teachers are amazing. They are willing to work on all skills. I’ve started taking dance classes this year and the teachers work with me to help me understand since I haven’t danced.

The studio has an easy and welcoming atmosphere, but lots of self assurance! That is to say that they take their mission seriously and they also enjoy the process. I feel like the new owners have kept these characteristics while quite noticeably making changes that have so far been solid improvements. All the changes so far seem to have been carefully thought out and very focused on what seems like a clear vision for their dance studio. I look forward to seeing more of their new ideas!
